Treatment Process
At your initial consultation.
What should bring with you for your initial consultation and assessment?
- Your referral letter (Whether it be from your GP or physiotherapist or chiropractor)
- Any other relevant information such as prior operation records and previous treatment by other practitioners
- All relevant X-rays, MRI, CT scans or Ultrasound images
- All other recent relevant test results ( pathology or
- A current list of your medications and allergies
- Please bring loose fitting shorts and a single or T-shirt
- Old pair of worn shoes to show us wear patterns
- Current footwear you are now wearing or playing sport in on a regular basis
- Your health fund card (if your covered for podiatry under your insurance)
- If your on the pension or you are a student or child ask about our concession rates!
